Today my group learnt about a bird called Tui. One fact that I know is that Maori people use to teach the Tui bird how to speak.

Walt: solve multiplication and division problems using more than one strategy One thing that I learnt was that 32 divided by 4 = 8.because 8 +8+8+8=32.

My follow up

Walt: learn our 6s, 7s and 8s timetables to help us solve harder word number problems 
One thing that I learnt was that the problems that we solve was timetables. My second thing was that 4 x 18 = 72 because 4x10 = 40 4 x 8 = 32 then add 40 +32 = 72

The main Idea was that Aiden was Excited  about his new bag and his new school , When Aiden finished his running laps on the field the caretaker decided to replace the broken hooks.  then The second main Idea was that the class started to argue about the bags because they got mix up. The

third main Idea was that worried  and nervous because he didn't want the class to look inside his bag.

The Dragon Egg

This story is about a boy called Nick. He comes home with a dragon egg and but when his mum had found the dragon egg . So karl and Rebecca told what happen so the mum was suspicious.when nick came back from sams house he trick them so  karl and Rebecca can do  his jobs . and so nick should not ever trick other people before the trick him back.

Nepal's earthquake

There was a powerful earthquake that struck the country. 

Nepal's was expecting a bigger aftershock.Thousands of people was missing and needed rescue.People were searching for through rubble for survivors.There were outbreak of disease that was spreading through Nepal.

Jennifer Weekend Writing

“Wow” On the long Holiday I went to my aunt's  baby  shower . I went on sunday of 26 april 2015 at 11:00 am . Because it was my aunt’s baby shower  And the baby is a boy . I came in a van  With my mum and my cousin and my niece also my other Cousin . It was at panmure it Started at Afternoon About 12:00 pm .

When we Arrived to my aunt’s house I went inside and we went to say hi  to my cousin and my aunty and uncle  Also my dad . after that we had dinner . And we had Crab salad and sandwiches also desert. For our dessert we had cupcakes with blue icing on top .  And Ice cream it was Cookie and Cream it was fantastic. and after that we went to say goodbye to my uncle and my aunt’s and my cousin.

I felt happy and I wish and hope that next time that my mum and dad will take me to rainbow's end. And also i hope that it won't  rain and storming . My other reason for next long holiday I wish that we can go down the line .To see my aunty and uncle And my cousin. Or maybe I think next time i wish that My mum and dad can take me to the beach.
